Beautiful place

I would highly recommend this place it was absolutely perfect. Everything you could possibly need. I am a cancer patient at MD Anderson and I was about 1 mile to the hospital. All I can say is I promise you won’t be disappointed.

The beds were very uncomfortable and very hard. Found live roaches in every room and dead ones in the kitchen. We weren’t able to stay the reserved time and there was no consideration of a refund.

During our phone conversation regarding your early departure and request for a refund, no concerns were mentioned about the beds or any pest issues. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have immediately addressed the matter, as guest comfort and cleanliness are extremely important to us. Our property is professionally cleaned and regularly inspected, and we have not received similar reports from other guests. We take any claim regarding cleanliness very seriously and would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue right away. Regarding the refund, we followed the cancellation policy associated with the reservation, which was agreed to at the time of booking. We truly value guest feedback and are always committed to resolving concerns when they are brought to our attention during a stay.
