Perfect st augustine beach condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was spacious and clean and had large master bath. Good furniture and comfortable bed. TVs in every room and large TV in living room. Kitchen was clean with good appliances but could have used a few more baking pans. Not an ant or a bug anywhere in the kitchen or on the property. Property was very close to beach access and was perfect for a nice Beach vacation. Also close to the community pool.

Derrick the manager was very helpful with problems that arose. The apartment was fine after heating system was replaced. The development was under repair and will probably be finished soon,it was outside work.

Short family vacation. Easy check in. Easy ground floor walk in. Could tell some things have been renovated and they were done really nice. Some furniture probably about time to switch out, old with stains. Water pressure in master shower extremely poor. Not sure if it’s a reduced nozzle or just weak. Door hinge plate not attached and door fell. Easy fix though. Towel rack fell off in master as well. Not a big deal but overall place could use some attention to detail.
