Megan was an amazing host. The property had everything needed for a long term stay. Rooms were very comfortable and the location was near anything you could think of. Very quiet and peaceful. Always will recommend this place.

The townhouse was a little worn down, but worked for our quick four day trip to Aurora. The black fabric nailed up over the skylights was weird. Old coffee grounds were in the coffee maker, the carpet on the stairs and upper hallway was old and buckling. None of these problems was terrible on its own…but the combination made the unit feel in need of a refresh.

Clean townhouse, very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to Starbucks and Walmart is a block away. Easy access to go whatever direction you want. Megan is a wonderful host and was easy to contact. The two bedrooms upstairs with full bathrooms in each room (1 with bathtub/shower, 1 with shower) was perfect for us, plus a half bathroom downstairs. Kitchen clean with all necessities. Cold air conditioning. One assigned parking spot in front of unit with several visitor parking spaces sprinkled around nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed with Megan before. The house is just as described. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen stocked and location was perfect. Megan is great with helping if anything was needed. I would always recommend her unit for a stay if needed.

The host was responsive. There was a prior fire and parts of the unit smelled of it. There was grease buildup on the oven handle and used washcloths in the shower upon arrival. The backyard was littered in cigarette butts and had broken glass lying around. Deck boards exposed with nails exposed. Unfortunately it was just dirty overall. The host offered to clean while we were there. She should have offered to refund some money under the circumstances and didn’t……

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. When concerns were brought to my attention, I responded promptly and offered to have any issues addressed during your stay. The home is professionally cleaned after every reservation, and I invest significantly in maintaining the property for guests. The cigarette butts mentioned were unfortunately left behind by a previous guest, and I was unaware there were any remaining in the backyard. Likewise, I was not aware of any glass outside, and had it been reported during your stay, it would have been removed immediately. Regarding the odor concern, the property underwent extensive repairs and renovations years ago, and no similar concerns have been reported by other guests. While I respectfully disagree with the characterization that the home was “dirty overall,” I appreciate your feedback and will continue working with my cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the best possible experience for future guests.

It did the job for us. I think a little bit of touch up pain in the kitchen would be beneficial. A better cleaning before check in would’ve made it more cozy. Overall we loved the king bed and many options for food in a short distance.

Super nice townhome, very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable with all the linens we needed and the a/c was cold. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom and we never ran out of hot water. We didn't do much cooking as we worked late every day, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with a nice big fridge. And the reserved parking was appreciated - even coming home late was no issue as we knew we'd have a spot. The townhome is in a excellent location - close to everything we needed. We certainly hope this rental is available on our next trip to Denver!

Comfortable place to stay

Overall a good place to stay. The host was great. There were a few things that could have been better. Outside chairs were folding chairs, not a big deal, but the small yard was not neat. The smoke detector was missing and to be installed after we left. The AC wasn't working when we got there. The host did have it serviced ASAP, which was great. There was not a great place to eat food - a table would be a nice addition. The screen door latch was not working nor was there a closer on it. The front porch had ratchet straps strewn upon it. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good. Some minor repairs and keeping the place neat would make this a 5 star property.
