The room was what was listed and expected. Nice pool area, nice breakfast area, easy check in, very helpful staff. A little issue with the room “key making” that day but it was resolved. David was really helpful with storing our luggage for the day, when we were checking out. Great and accessible shuttle service provided to the beach and to Coligny plaza area. Overall a very nice one night stay! Thank you.

The bed was very hard & when we were walked into our room 3 of our lights didn’t work. The front desk receptionist was able to get two of them to work for our continuing stay. The main large light was still out. 2days the cleaning lady didn’t stop bye, we had to get our own towels. And hotel needs to get larger pool towels for guests.
