We had a wonderful stay. Very nice property and the salt water pool is fantastic. Upgraded fixtures and furniture. There is a secondary house on site but we only saw them coming and going. Not sure if it’s the owners or an additional short term rental.

Host was very responsive, I didn’t realize there is an additional property adjacent to this one, however, tenant was quiet and we hardly even noticed him. The area is not exactly what I was looking for but this property makes very easy to navigate any points of interest. We had a wonderful time and should I be in this area, would most definitely book again! Thanks Alex for making this trip memorable!

2 Stars – Unfortunately, Not the Experience We Had Hoped ForUnfortunately, our stay did not go as we had hoped. The home had several issues that affected our family’s comfort and ultimately led us to leave earlier than planned.Shortly after arriving, we encountered palmetto bugs inside the home. While we understand these are common in Florida, it was still uncomfortable, especially while traveling with children.We also experienced issues with the blinds in the front bedroom, which did not provide adequate privacy for our children to comfortably sleep there. We brought this to the owner’s attention, and although they were willing to address it, the repair was delayed.A few other concerns included nonfunctioning GFCI outlets in the kitchen and an interior hallway light outside one of the bedrooms that remained on continuously, with no way to turn it off. These were unexpected inconveniences that added to our overall experience.After two nights, we felt it was best to find alternative accommodations for our family. We appreciated the owner’s communication and willingness to address our concerns, although we had hoped for a more timely resolution.We recognize that maintaining a rental property comes with challenges and that not everything is within an owner’s control. Unfortunately, the combination of these issues made this stay less enjoyable than anticipated. We hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future guests.

We’re sorry the stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. The blinds in the front bedroom involved only a couple of missing slats and were repaired the next day after you reported them. Regarding the palmetto bug, we never received any photo or other proof of the sighting. These insects are common in Florida especially during the rain season when the water level in the ground quite high they seek higher ground. Since no one can get completely rid of them it is fully disclosed in the listing and house rules that guests accept when booking. We contacted our pest-control company the same day and the property was serviced the next day. The tripped GFCI outlets are simple to reset by pressing a button; this was done and they are working properly. The light in the hallway is a very dim night light intended to make it easier to walk to the bathroom at night. None of these items meaningfully affect a stay and are considered minor issues. You mentioned the home itself was very nice. We held the reservation for months as a small family-owned business (not a hotel). When you decided to leave two nights early and requested a refund, we explained that a couple of missing slats addressed the next day did not warrant canceling the remaining nights. We offered to refund any unused nights we were able to rebook. When no new guest booked those dates, you chose to leave this review. We believe the feedback does not accurately reflect the minor issues that were promptly addressed.

Amazing tiki paradise!

My family and I stayed for a week and it was a wonderful Experience! We spent most of our time outside, We loved the outdoor lights, seats, grill, Swing and pool. The bedrooms were also very spacious and cozy. Palm beach is only A couple minutes away which was great. Overall, everything was good.
