Reserve 3 A

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is great ! The condo has really gotten rundown. The LR furniture is old and worn out - almost impossible to find a comfortable place to sit. Bathrooms need updating - toilets are so low they feel like they were for a child. We have stayed at 3 A three times but it just seems it is getting worn down. We reported the icemaker was not working on day 1 - on day 10 when we left it still wasnot working.
Response from VrboOwner on 7 Nov 2026
Thank you for choosing The Reserves at Sugar Mountain! We are sorry you were not satisfied with your unit. Most guests find it very nice and comfortable. The ice maker does work. Once we emptied all of the ice as we suggested, it began making ice again and has worked since. The toilets have all been replaced with higher ones. Thank you for your helpful review.
