The home is well maintained and is exactly as listed. Norma was a great host and was very responsive to all inquiries. The process to check in-out was seamless. The vicinity of the rental is in close proximity to many tourist attractions. I highly recommend a stay here for your next get a way!

The view was fabulous. We loved sitting on the balcony watching fishermen, golfers, birds and the ocean. The beds were comfy. The host was so easy to work with and quickly responded to all communications. The home itself needs a little TLC.

Norma was a wonderful host and responsive to our questions. My family and dogs had a great time as the property had plenty of room for all us without feeling crowded on top of one another. There was plenty of space to place our large dog crate in the dining space for our 2 small dogs to sleep in their beds as they do at home. The kitchen is laid out well for a galley kitchen without feeling small. Having the laundry room/walk in pantry was great too. Each bedroom had substantial closet space to put our luggage away. Each family member enjoyed watching the golfers too at Hole 3 from the patio and the balcony. The other residents and guests were all very welcoming and friendly as we all took turns walking our dogs. We enjoyed the pool as most of the time, we had it to ourselves. It had been over 10 years since our last vacay to Laguna Vista and we enjoyed this time even more. Hope to do it again! Thanks again, Norma!!!

SPI family vacation

The town home itself was phenomenal but for the price I was expecting all tvs to work they are not smart tvs so they did not work. Also there were some type of bugs in the house some dead and alive my husband is a HUD quality inspector he said there were bugs from outside I was trying to figure out how they got in. The table on patio outside has them all under the table the housekeeper try to say they were light bugs they are not light bugs.
