Positives: The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, parking was ok and the beach access was good. Cons: On Sunday check out we waited for 20 minutes for an elevator with other guests and ended up taking the stairs with my luggage. We ran into other guests with infants and luggage laboring down the stairs. They were also tired of waiting and no hotel staff to assist. The Pool tented to be pretty busy and kids were in the hot tub where it’s says 16yrs and up.

I was looking for more than a hotel room for our stay. I was initially booked in a suite that was overlooking a roof that was window level with the room. It looked like a place to gather and party right under the window littered with beer cans, trash, and even clothing....very disturbing. I asked to be moved because I did not feel safe and was moved to a double queen hotel room. Just wasn't the trip I thought I had planned.

Awful - the place was booked as oceanfront with a balcony - It looked out at a flat roof obstructing the view. ASHORE was booked and couldn’t change our roomThen we were evacuated because of a carbon monoxide leak and can’t return for 3 1/2 hoursThen there was no hot water for half out stayWe couldn’t get the discounts all the other hosts received for all the inconveniences because we booked through VRBOWe have always been extremely happy with VRBO but this one was the outtaI fully expect that you can extend these discounts to us
