You’ll love my place because of convenient location, pet friendly, large rooms, fully furnished kitchen with new appliances. Children are welcome. Pets are welcome. I purchased this property because it is located in Germantown, TN, a suburb of Memphis. I often say that the biggest complement I can pay to Germantown is that it is where my family resides and my children attend their public schools.

What makes this property unique

I originally purchased this property intending to do standard, unfurnished, 12 month leases. There is strong demand, for rentals, in Germantown because of the schools but very limited demand. I soon found out that a market existed for long-term furnished rental.
