Anfitrião preocupado com o seu bem estar, esteve sempre disponível e deu várias dicas. Casa limpa, sem mofo (a maioria tem), condomínio tranquilo e seguro, as camas(colchões) são fantásticas você dorme como se estivesse na sua casa, nao falta um utensílio, ventiladores de teto em todos os cômodos e em perfeito funcionamento. Preço justo!! Não é avaliação de amigo, não conheço o dono. A família curtiu vamos voltar.

Casa ótima, limpa, bem cuidada, tudo em ótimo estado e com todos os utensílios necessários. Acomoda muito bem, tanto para dormir como nas refeições. Ótimo condomínio. Casa ampla, confortável, arejada, reformada, piscina nova e bem cuidada por um piscineiro que ia regularmente limpar-lá, e com todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. Condomínio super organizado e seguro. Estivemos em 12 pessoas e nos acomodamos confortavelmente, tudo estava funcionando corretamente e a casa estava perfeitamente limpa. O proprietário muito atencioso e honesto, desde primeiro contato esteve sempre à disposição para esclarecer todas as nossas dúvidas. Com certeza recomendamos a hospedagem nessa residência maravilhosa!!! Obrigada Paulo !!!

Casa limpa e organizada. Colchões e travesseiros em ótimo estado. Utensílios de cozinha e copa embalados e higienizados. Mesas e cadeiras suficientes para acomodar todos com conforto. Condomínio tranquilo e seguro. O proprietário foi prestativo e gentil. A casa fica realmente em frente a praia, mas a praia ao lado Cocanha é melhor para famílias com crianças. A orla foi feita recentemente e tem lugares para atividades físicas individuais e coletivas. Tem comércio completo próximo.
