Gather everyone around for relaxation or stream Netflix on the flat-screen TV after a day exploring the city.

Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds featuring premium Avocado and Tuft & Needle latex mattresses, ensuring each guest enjoys a deep, healthy sleep. The bathroom is designed for both function and luxury, with double sinks, a tub, and a hair dryer.

Home chefs will love the fully stocked kitchen: a Smeg 36-inch range, Bosch ultra-quiet dishwasher, Sub-Zero fridge/freezer, gorgeous waterfall island, and a suite of pastel Smeg small appliances (espresso maker, blender, juicer, kettle) and a Crock-Pot. Whether it’s breakfast or a full feast, you’ll have everything needed for delicious home-cooked meals.

Comfort is guaranteed in every season thanks to cadet wall heaters and a mobile AC unit for summer days. In-unit laundry is a breeze with your own stacked washer/dryer and a deep laundry sink—perfect for long stays, cleaning up after outdoor adventures, or just traveling with ease.

Enjoy coffee or an evening drink on your private Tigerwood deck surrounded by trees—a peaceful urban oasis.

Quiet Hours & House Rules:

The upstairs is owner-occupied—please strictly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, both indoors and out, and be mindful of noise/footfall, especially in shared entries and stairways.

No parties, events, unregistered overnight guests, or pets.

Only guests on the reservation may visit/stay.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Every thing was new, clean and inviting. The entry is difficult to manage with unlit stairs, no railings. But otherwise, the place was great. Location is fantastic.

Is as described in listing. Was clean and easy to find. Reason for 4 star is parking was tight. Roads are small and have lots of cars parked on them. We were driving a truck which was very tight.

Host was friendly but professional. Check in was easy. Kitchen was top notch. I was traveling in the area for my daughter’s wedding. I had to bake the wedding cake in an unfamiliar kitchen. It all went much better than I could have hoped.

The host was nice and addressed any issues we had quickly. The outside of the house had lots of junk and trash on the one side. Whoever lives upstairs is very loud, very late into the night making it hard to sleep. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Parking is on a steep hill and to get to the side of the stairs you have to walk through the mud to get around the other cars parked there.
