Cosy 2-bedroom cottage in seaside village close to Brighton
Our 2-bedroom cottage in Central Rottingdean is a perfect location for beach days or walking in the South Downs National Park. The village boasts a pond and village green with the beach and many pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation has a kingsize bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Both the bathroom and kitchen have recently been modernised and to make your stay even more enjoyable, there is an outside dining room with heating and lighting. Public transport is excellent with Brighton no more than 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Rottingdean is in an excellent location with both beach and South Downs on your doorstep. Public Transport is efficient and easy with Brighton being around 15 minutes away. Train services to both London and Gatwick are quick and easy and Newhaven Ferry Port is very close by with links to Dieppe France.
What makes this property unique
Rose Cottage is a stones throw from the High Street and no more than 250 meters to the beach. It has an enclosed secluded garden and an outside dining room with heating and lighting. The cottage is tucked away and quiet whilst being in the midst of a thriving busy village.
