Newly renovated home on 1 acre lot with 100 ft of shoreline on Waverly Lake. Less than 45 mins from the Twin Cities and close to many small towns & conveniences.
Four bedrooms (1 king, 3 queen), 2 full bathrooms, AC, heating, WiFi, laundry, full kitchen and plenty of area to spread out. Smart TV & WiFi. Backyard is expansive and great for games.
SUMMER: Fish right off the dock. Wonderful fishing lake, so bring your boat! Favorite fish include: walleye, northern, crappie, sunnies & perch.
WINTER: Plenty of ice fisherman right outside our bay. Snowmobile trails are right next to our home and connect with the lake.
