The apartment:
Duplex with living room and kitchen integrated American-style terrace and poring over the waves, with the most beautiful view of the sea. Two suites, both also facing the ocean, which can hold up to 5 people (limit the amount to ensure the comfort and well-being). Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the apartment perfect for air conditioning environments. Half bath and laundry area. In the photos, enjoy the space and the quality and taste of furniture (all cabinets of the bedrooms and kitchen Ornare, beds-box with pocket spring mattresses), equipment and appliances, bedding and bath, etc. All brand new - Inauguration: New Year's Eve 2016.

Infinity edge pool facing the Atlantic Ocean, tennis court overlooking Enseada Beach, fitness center with ocean view, lounge with gourmet kitchen (fee for use and subject to agenda availability), playroom, lounge with TV, computers and Wi-Fi, parking spaces in the underground. Total security with controlled access, double gates for pedestrians and vehicles; 24 hour doorman.
The owners have and enjoy summer apartment in the neighboring condo to Cliff Turtle, for many years, which explains their knowledge and recognition of the qualities of the region and has led them to make this new investment. Many "tips" to share with you this little paradise and the good things it can provide:
We usually go down to the foot of the Bay Beach, making it a good walk, taking a coconut water and eating a cheese curds cooked. Sometimes a caipirinha, a fried squid or camarãozinho that no one is iron ... We went down to the beach and we returned on foot, as part of the pleasure, exercise and to placate a little awareness by tidbits more ...
During a time when children were children and accompanied us, we were in a group of cycling, the circuit of beaches: Cove, Pitangueiras, Asturias, Tombo and Guaiúba; about 30 km round trip. Sometimes we would go to the other side: Beaches of Pernambuco and Sea Married.
Other wonderful beaches, distant and hidden (need to drive): Iporanga and St. Peter. They have limited ability to access and car parking, so you should get there early. Waterfall, super-quiet beaches and movie houses through the Atlantic Forest.
For those who enjoy the sea, in the Cove itself you can hire boat trips, banana boat, jet-ski, surf lessons, etc.
