This place was so increasingly nice for our beach stay. The view on the balcony is fantastic. Place was clean and well stocked. We had 6 people staying plus a baby and we were very comfortable. Communication was great.

This was one of our most enjoyable stays ever. Nicole was over the top welcoming and Accommodating to all our needs. There is nothing she hasn’t thought of to make your stay wonderful. The condo was spotless, the view was spectacular and the fact this is an end unit, with the extended side balcony allows it to be open, thus creating an air flow to cool things down. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our third year at this property. We like the area, easy to get around, and right on the beach. The owner Nicole is on top of getting information to you and is on top of any problem that come up. Unit is nice, very comfortable. Thanks for another good year Nicole.

Wonderful

This was a wonderful condo! Condo was clean and sat right on the beach. Plenty of room and seating in the living room area. Owners were quick to respond with any questions. Would recommend to others!

Absolutely Wonderful

We arrived to a beautifully decorated and immaculately clean condo that was absolutely true to the description and pictures on the listing! The cleanliness was far beyond most other of the condo rentals we’ve booked throughout the years. The only drawback is there’s no pool BUT we truly enjoyed the beach and the balcony so much that we didn’t really miss the pool. I highly recommend this place and hope to be able to book again for our next Indian Shores vacation!!!!

Great location and very responsive hosts. They were very thoughtful in setting up the place with a coffee/tea bar, some snacks and other nice touches such as bathroom staples (shampoo, soap, conditioner, cotton balls, swabs). The decor is really cute and beachy and updated. Place is cleaned well. Lots of beach gear and anything you could need. Right on the beach and great views. The reason for 4 stars is that the building clearly sustained damage from the hurricanes and the garage, outside, elevators etc. were dingy and in need of repair and updating. The owners of the condo clearly took the time to take care of their unit well after the storm and you can tell they repainted and repaired. One thing I would recommend is a lamp in corner/bar cart area since overhead lights were very bright. Would stay here again and definitely recommend the hosts.
