The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed being there. I would recommend this house to anyone as a comfortable place to stay that is clean, well maintained, and has a management that provides good service to their guests.

It was very hot and the host did not provide instructions on how to adjust the thermostat. There were no instructions in the binder on how to adjust the thermostat. There were no napkins or paper towels in the kitchen, so I had to purchase myself during my stay. There was sand in one of the twin beds so obviously the sheets weren't changed, and the master bed did not have a top sheet. There was garbage left behind overflowing the bin in the backyard and animals were getting into the garbage and made a mess. The host had cleaners come by the next day during my stay since extra sheets were locked in a closet and we were unable to change the bedding, which was very disruptive. I requested a refund of one night's stay since we couldn't sleep in the dirty beds and host refused. I would stay elsewhere.

This is a great house and we did enjoy our stay! Some feedback:1) Furniture is could be updated2) The bathroom mirror in Master bedroom is too low!3) TV remote in bedroom did not work.But overall we had a great time!

Time of year was ideal for watching the fireworks in town and across the bay. The home was private, clean and well equipped with accessories for a comfortable stay at the beach. The kids had a wonderful time in a safe community.
