Nestled in quiet Spring City, this spacious home offers beautiful lake views and plenty of room to unwind inside and out. Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, oven with cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee lovers will enjoy both a Keurig single-serve and a drip coffee maker. Additional appliances include an air fryer, blender, and toaster. All cookware and utensils are provided for preparing full meals.

A tall pantry stores food and essentials, and the adjacent dining area seats seven (four chairs and a bench), perfect for family meals.

Guest Bedrooms: Two queen bedrooms (one with TV) and one bunk bedroom with TV equipped with Hulu and Disney+. The bunk room also accommodates gaming setups with PS/Xbox hookup. Note: The bunk bedroom closet is for owner storage and not accessible to guests.

Second Bathroom: Located across from the laundry room, featuring tub/shower, sink, and toilet.

Just off the kitchen, the laundry room includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We have two owners closets that are not to be breached or tampered with. One closet is next to washer and dryer. The other bunk bed room.
Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am please. No fireworks allowed
Please note this is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking on the property, there will be a $500 fine plus any costs to remove smoking smell

We had a great stay at the lake house! The house was very clean! We had a great time kayaking, fishing and roasting marshmellows by the fire pit. The host is very responsive to answering questions quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great stay by the lake!

What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a couple of days on the lake! The view is incredible, and the home is immaculate. This location had a boat dock, kayaks, a beautiful firepit, and all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay. The property is located in a quiet corner of the lake with a wonderful yard right on the lake. The house was spotless clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The layout of the house is perfect and if I were to ever build a house on the lake I would copy this floor plan. A huge covered back porch overlooking the lake. A great fire pit next to the lake that we gathered around a fire ever night of our stay. Kayaks that we took out on the lake and had a great time. Our stay at this property couldn’t have been any better. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful lake house - great layout, well stocked with nice furnishings. Kitchen has everything needed extras, all kinds of fun games…also enjoyed the kayaks! Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful views. Loved the huge poarch and enjoyed catching some big catfish!! Worked great for our family vacation - good meeting place between IN and NC. Definitely recommend!!

Just returned from a great week at this property! We were able to get in a little early which was wonderful. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in! You can tell the work has been put into updating the home. Spent the week as a girls trip with my daughters. The house was roomy for us and could easily accomodate more. Love the decor and available seating inside and out. The porch is the focal point. Being on a cove I thought we'd see more neighbors, but it was very quiet. We enjoyed floating every day, cooking in the kitchen, and watching a movie together every night. Having all the towels and blankets we needed was appreciated! If I had to suggest one thing it would be to add a crock pot in the kitchen. Overall wonderful place and we would stay again for sure!
