Welcome to this spacious, executive house in the heart of Shawnee, Oklahoma. This unique property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 rooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a portable crib. One king bedroom has a desk available to keep up with work while staying here. All rooms have ample closet space as well as dressers and night stands to make you feel right at home.

The living room has great views of the forested area across the street where deer, foxes, bunnies and a family of cardinals are known to frequent. Don't be surprised to see bunnies hopping in the front yard. This room contains many Oklahoma history and Native American resource books for your reading pleasure. Guide books and area maps are also found in this room.

The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub and separate shower. Amenities of soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, magnified mirror and hair dryer are included, as well as large, soft bath towels. Towel warmer is also available for your use.
The hall bathroom features a tub/shower combination, double sinks, soaps and hairdryer. The final 1/2 bath is convenient to the pool area and family room.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with comfortable linens, extra blankets, dresser and loads of closet space. Ceiling fan in the room.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature queen sized beds with comfortable linens and extra blankets. Plenty of closet space as well as dressers, mirrors and ceiling fans in each room.

Bedroom 4 contains another king size bed and desk/office chair and monitor. This room has a door that opens to the pool, ceiling fan and plenty of closet space.

The additional living room space features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests. The sectional pulls into a comfortable queen sized bed and is perfect for adults or kids. A large screen TV, games, playing cards, coloring books and toys are tucked away in the shelving unit for your time here. Two oversized rocker/recliner chairs have USB ports to charge your phone while relaxing.

The well appointed kitchen features gas cooktop with double ovens, dishwasher, air fryer, stand mixer, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder and blender for all of your cooking adventures. A full set of pots and pans, along with baking dishes are included. The refrigerator and pantry contain the basics to get you started on masterpiece meals! Plenty of spices, olive oil, ketchup, mustard, sugar and flour are included. Coffee and tea are there to get you started in the morning. The kitchen area seats 10 people and the adjoining dining room seats eight comfortably.

The backyard features a large pool with floats and toys for all of your guests. A gas grill and outdoor seating make the yard a fun place to hang out and fix meals. Forgot your sunscreen? Don't worry, we've got you covered! We even have floaties for the youngest in your group. There is plenty of grassy areas in the back yard for outdoor games or simply allowing your pet and/or kids to run off excess energy.

Washing machine and dryer are included as well as soap and fabric softener sheets. Iron and ironing board is kept in the laundry room if the need arises.
