Single story duplex, Very clean and cute as a button but nothing fancy. Big backyard (shared w/other half of duplex) fenced WITH LOTS OF GREEN AND A BBQ area AND OUTDOOR SEATING FOR CHILLIN AND GRILLING. Just 3 blocks to St. Andrews Bay for a pretty waterfront walk or 1 m to Downtown St Andrews (where all the cool Restaurants, bars and shops are), 10 miles to the gulf and PCB. Full galley kitchen. small dining area and two bedrooms with full bath (shower and tub). window AC units in each bedroom and standing unit in Living room so it stays super cool in summer. 2 off street parking, Inflatable beds upon request.
