Woodland cabin in Rhododendron with three bedrooms, four beds, two full bathrooms, and space for up to six guests. The home includes a covered private hot tub, full kitchen, vaulted living room, in-unit laundry, and garage-and-driveway parking for up to three standard vehicles. Up to two dogs are allowed with the applicable reservation pet fee.



The Space:

The home has two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two smaller beds. All bedrooms require stairs; there is no main-floor bedroom. Heating and cooling come from two mini-split systems, so air conditioning is limited to the areas they serve. The far bedroom receives less direct heat and has a supplemental space heater. The living area includes a wood-burning stove. The hot tub is outdoors under a covered patio. Winter traction may be needed depending on current conditions.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home. Routine self check-in uses the managed black Schlage smart lock at the main entrance; the current reservation code is delivered through the secure check-in details. The former railing lockbox is not the routine guest-entry method. Garage and driveway parking accommodate up to three standard vehicles total.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in the forest community of Rhododendron, with driving access to Mt. Hood-area recreation, groceries, and dining. A car is recommended. Travel time and road conditions vary with traffic, weather, and seasonal closures.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Winter traction may be required depending on current weather and road conditions. Check current transportation and recreation conditions before travel; no fixed drive time is guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

Up to two dogs are allowed with the applicable reservation pet fee. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. The property cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
