There were several issues that came up on the first and second day of our stay, but Marios was great at responding and doing his best to make our remaining time as comfortable as possible.  His hospitality and responsiveness was above board and made any negatives seem miniscule.  I would definitely use Marios as a host in the future.As a side note, Marios is owner and chef of Byblos Mediterranean Restaurant in Fort Worth and dining at his restaurant was a highlight of our trip.  We lived in the DFW area for 10 years and this is absolutely the best Mediterranean restaurant in the metroplex.
