Joy is an awesome host. Her communication with us was great. The property is very nice and comfortable. The view of the river was disappointing, as there is a very large tree blocking much of the view. I understand that the tree will not be there next year which will open up the view of the river and boat traffic. There were a couple of small glitches with the property, but rectified quickly by the host. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nothing but good things to say about this property!! The lodging was as described and inside was quite modern and sleek, so it was easy to want to keep clean! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. Location was gorgeous- beautiful view both up and down River. Very little traffic going by (nice for bikers and walkers) and it was close to the Waddington Beach to pop over to and swim. Tons of space directly in front of the apartment, straight down to the water for enjoying the view, with lots of lawn chairs. There was a fire pit and grill available that we didn’t take advantage of but all looked to be in top notch condition. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating, with good notes about local places to eat or grab easy groceries. All in all my entire family would recommend this as a quiet getaway to stay, in one of the most beautiful parts of the North Country!
