Lakefront Parkview Bay Condo/Amazing Views/Boat Slip

Welcome to the popular Parkview Bay development in Osage Beach at the Lake of the Ozarks! Close to everything, you're staying where you want to be for both on and off the water activities! Parkview Bay offers 3 Pools and Boat Docks/Boat Slip. You're welcome to fish from the docks and the walkway around the water.

This updated condo really stands out from the others due to the recent upgrades! You'll appreciate the walk-in level for the ease of coming and going without having to climb stairs. The view from the deck is absolutely gorgeous looking out from the bar-height chairs on the covered deck.

The condo has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. The master suite features a King bed, a walk-out to the deck overlooking the Lake, and a private bath with an oversized shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and the second full bath is just outside the door. A queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the main living area. Both bedrooms have cable televisions and ceiling fans. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-stocked kitchen and grill, with everything you need, from new appliances to essential cookware. The condo also has dedicated internet service with wi-fi, not a shared service like a hotel or resort.

Boaters: Our 12x30 rental Boat Slip with water and electric located at one of the docks at the complex is available upon request for an additional $30 nightly fee. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice boat ramp facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. Trailer parking is available on the condo property too. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Around the Lake Area, our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, water park, trampoline park and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! Great restaurants nearby via land or water.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the dishwasher as early as possible. Strip beds and start a load of sheets. Add towels if they will fit in the load as well.
Take all trash to dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT!!! IF SMOKING OUTSIDE KEEP THE SLIDERS CLOSED. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $100 IF THERE IS A SMELL OF SMOKE.

The condo was nice and clean. It was a simple walk from parking lot to condo, no steps. This complex is close to grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you may desire. The view off the deck is the state park and of course the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. It was a wonderful place for a weeks stay.

We had the best time staying in Osage Beach and at this condo! Martin was fabulous, from the questions I had prior to booking, after booking and while we there. The condo had absolutely everything we could have needed and more. We brought our boat and Martin could not have been more helpful with that as well. It was the perfect getaway! The condo was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The view was absolutely stunning! I appreciated being able to communicate with the owner by phone whenever we needed anything, and there was no waiting for a response. His prompt attention was fantastic! Marty was extremely easy to communicate with the entire time. The condo was nicely updated, had a great view and ease of being on the parking lot level for loading and unloading. I must also mention how helpful Marty was to us when we had an issue with our boat. He went out of his way to help with our needs! We would have no problem returning.

We are from KC and semi retired. We have been visiting Lake of the Ozarks for over 30 years, and have owned at the lake for 25 years. We love having family and friends join us to go boating and participate in all the other activities the lake has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Having the state park as our view off our back deck couldn't be better, and yet by land we're only a mile or two to the best restaurants, shopping and amenities the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
