Quiet and spacious home near Angle Lake, located 5 minutes from the Airport, without the annoying flight noise!
The home is single level on a large lot with multiple parking spaces, all to yourself. There is no access to the garage.
The yard is fully fenced and there is a dog door for your small-medium sized dogs. 2 dogs maximum, under 50 pounds. Cats okay on case-by-case basis.
This home offers a built-in surround sound system for watching movies or listening to music while you cook in the spacious kitchen.
Primary bedroom has its own private bathroom. All rooms have black-out shades.
Efficient mini split for convenient heating and cooling.
Stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a new Nespresso machine.
This is our personal home that we enjoy living in, but are currently traveling for work, and we hope you can enjoy the space as much as we do.
