Al Wasl holiday lettings

This apartment is located within the Paramount Midtown Hotel and is ideally located for Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and provides a lot of space. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment and gets the sun in the morning and gives great views of the Burj Kalifa, which is especially good at night. There are great views from the rooftop pool on the 64th floor, although this gets really busy and you will struggle to get a bed or seat given it's size in relation to the number of rooms in the hotel. However, the pool itself is really nice and relaxing.It's a 15 minute walk to Dubai Mall and there is a supermarket and takeaways just across the road. The hotel team are extremely helpful and will answer any questions you have as well as assisting with taxis/excursions. We had a slight problem getting into the apartment as we weren't sent the access code for the front door. However, after several messages and calls to the owner, we were able to get in after a 15 minute wait.Getting around is cheap. Taxi to the Beach At JBR or Dubai Marina costs around 70AED, although this can vary with the traffic, (which can be a heavy).Overall, a great apartment offering a great location and good value for money. Would highly recommend.
