Coligny shops and Celebration Park 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk. Condo #234 is on ground floor, excellent condition, king bed, 2 twin beds, sleeper sofa. Max of 6. No pets. no smoking. Quiet and safe.

Why they chose this property

Private with exceptional amenities, private gate to short walk/bike to beach. Drop off available at Shipyard clubhouse to beach also. Beach bikes can be rented for riding the asphalt paths throughout Shipyard or around the Island. Beautiful lagoons, palm trees and live oak trees cover the paths and roads. Golf club within Shipyard, racquet sports and pools.
