Welcome to our cozy studio, fully renovated in December 2024! Blending coastal charm with modern comfort, this stylish retreat is just steps from the sandy shores. Enjoy a relaxing escape in a space designed for ultimate relaxation.

This stylish studio at Island Colony Hotel has everything you need for a short or extended stay, with beautiful partial views of the ocean, golf course, mountains, and city.

* Split type AC System for your comfort.
* Free Wifi throughout the unit and common areas
* Work Area

Kitchen:
*Full kitchen with a refrigerator.
*Induction cooktop.
*Cooking utensils & condiments.
*Coffee maker.
*Microwave.
*Toaster.
*Plates, bowls & utensils.
*Cleaning supplies.
*Rice Cooker.

Bathroom:
* Walk in shower
* Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
* Hair dryer.
* Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths.
* Beach towels.

Patio:
* Outdoor patio.
* Park view, City skyline & ocean views.

Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am-9pm (located on the 6th floor), however the pool closes every 3 hours for a cleaning. There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay as well as waiver needs to be signed at the front desk for checkout.

Should you need any help with some, please feel free to contact me on Airbnb or by text/phone call. I can also assist with recommendations and help with the planning process of your trip.

*Please note that any guest registration submitted within 48 hours of check-in will incur a $10 late submission fee. This policy is enforced by the building to help prevent check-in line congestion and minimize delays. Late submissions will result in guests being asked to wait until those with timely registrations are assisted.
