Renovated/Rosemary/Walk to beach//30A/heated pool!

We just finished a significant renovation to the home! We are so excited! Full renovations to all bathrooms, having all of the lighting upgraded, countertops replaced, kitchen cabinets repainted, the back yard fenced in, the exterior of the home painted white and a whole lot more! This might be the best deal on 30A.

This home is perfectly located steps form the 30Avenue shopping/dining experience, the world famous Donut Hole and the brand new HWY 98 underpass; which is the new gateway to multiple public beach access' (.4 miles), Rosemary Beach (1/2 mile) and everything else Scenic 30A has to offer.

When you arrive, you'll notice the resort style community pool 30' from the our front door. There are two dedicated parking spots for larger groups. Once you step inside you'll feel the comfort of new designer furniture and finishes that welcome you to home for new few days. Equipped with multiple living spaces, a formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, and a private fenced in yard w/firpit. If you enjoy dining alfresco, you can do that as well. fire up the gas grille and enjoy dinner outside as the sunsets and under the string lights.

With 7 beds and room for 10 people, the home suits many guest's needs. If you're on a romantic weekend getaway, a girl's trip or vacationing with another family, the home simply works.

Amenities:
The community pool is resort style and directly across the street from the home. It's quiet, private to the community and only accessible with an owners code. Bikes and golf carts are not included, but available upon request. They will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival and pick up upon checkout. Rental agreements are handled separately with each vendor.

The house is beautiful, large, well equipped and in a great location. It is across HWY 98 but that is what we prefer. We walked to dinner each night and the tunnel access to the beach is great. We are planning on booking this house again on our next trip if available.

This is a great property and very nice; the host was attentive and welcoming. If I had a complaint; I just wish it was closer to the beach. Beach access is within walking distance but not convenient.
