Property was beautiful. Right on the beach with great views. Unit was well stocked, clean and a great location. Communication wasn’t great with host and there were a few minor hiccups but overall a good experience and would book here again.

Great place right in the beach. Beach access and pool access are A. Literally walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Great space. Great view. I never sleep week in hotel or vacation beds. Slept great every night. Was so nice I considered becoming a squatter lol. Very affordable. Great communication with host. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Jojo made an initial bad situation much better than it could have been. Upon check-in, the condo hadn’t been cleaned. Bed linens were dirty, towels dirty, kitchen dirty. Housekeeping never prepared it for our stay. Jojo reimbursed us generously not only for our stay but for the hotel we had to stay in for our first night there. She definitely stepped up when the situation seemed bleak by notifying housekeeping to have it cleaned immediately. Overall, the condo was ok. Great beach view with amazing sunsets, (see photos). Perfect location for access to shopping and activities. The beds were very comfortable, but there were many other issues we came across. Front door had to be slammed hard to close and lock it. Dryer door was defective but with some manipulation it would close. Mirror in the living room was cracked. Wall outlets couldn’t hold a plugged in item (plug would just fall out of the wall). We will use VRBO again, but we won’t plan to stay at the KIMA condos again. Great service from Jojo, just not the most ideal of places we’d ever consider staying again.

Beautiful room! I think it was even nicer in person than in the pictures! My sister was staying 2 floors above me and her room was nowhere near as nice as this one! We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked well stocked. The beds were clean and comfy, and the view was great! Would definitely stay here again!
