Room was clean except the stained quilt on top of the master bed. The master bed mattress was too soft. Location is fabulous.

Thank you for the review. I’m glad the location worked well and that the room was mostly clean. I’m sorry about the stained quilt and the mattress firmness — that shouldn’t have been your experience. Housekeeping has been asked to replace the quilt and maintenance will assess the mattress so we can provide a firmer option or topper. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to host you again.

It’s dated, needs a make-over, needs a deep cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback, Giselle. We appreciate your insights regarding the property's condition. We recognize it's not as updated as other properties but it is certainly priced in that manner so most guests find it to be of great value. We usually schedule our deep cleans in the off season but will certainly pass your feedback along to our housekeeping team. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
