Very nice unit with amazing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach right downstairs - beautiful location for snorkeling and we saw sea turtles every morning from the balcony! No AC but fans in the unit helped with cooling during the day. Host checked in often during our stay and responded within a few minutes each time. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed watching the ocean from our balcony view and the time we spent hiking on a coastal trail or on the beach boardwalk. Also enjoyed watching the whales in the distance, the surfers, and the turtles.

Loved the ocean view balcony. We saw whales all day every day. The cooler and beach chairs came in handy. Sea turtles swimming right outside the beach and a quaint little snorkel spot. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Mahalo!

Overall great experience, the view from the Condo Amazing!! The location is good as well. The kitchen layout not the best for cooking (but oh well not a huge deal) air conditioning would have been nice, but usually could get a good cross wind. We had a wonderful stay with amazing weather!!

The view is amazing! Sunset can’t be beat from this location. The condo was well appointed. We liked the cookware so much we ordered a set for home! Would definitely recommend!

This is a very nice condo with a fabulous ocean front location. Everything was very clean and the unit was very well stocked. Although there are fans in lieu of a/c, the condo can get a bit toasty, especially as the one thing in the condo that is not operating properly are the vertical blinds in the living area. In late afternoon, when the sun shines directly onto the condo, the blinds are helpful to keep out glare and heat. This is the one thing that needs fixing (other than someone smoking in the building which I know the owner has no control over). Otherwise, this is a lovely setting and very quiet.

We loved this place! This was our first time in Hawaii celebrating our 20 years anniversary! The condo is in a very good location, close to several good beaches that we wanted to go, in front of the ocean and very calm! We did not enjoy several options from the facilities because every day we were enjoying the beach outside the apartment. We recommend this to everyone that wants to come to Maui with a partner, great place to stay!

The first thing I want people to see is to review the listing and take note that there's no AC. I missed that until just before we arrived. Though fear not, there are some good fans that kept us adequately cool during our nights when the temps were 75-80. The ocean view is to die for. We spent the every morning and evening out there enjoying the waves and the whales in the distance. We even got to see sea turtles swimming in the water just below, and a Hawaiian Monk Seal paid us a visit as well!Nice pool on the property, little usable beach but it is there. Overall the unit is more dated than the photos make it appear, but being directly on the ocean was worth it!Also be sure to take advantage of the perks through my perfect stays!

A slight bit warm

I will say the listing is very accurate. Unfortunately, I assumed all properties on West Maui had air-conditioning and they don’t. Totally my fault for looking at the pretty pictures and not reading the details. The property was as described after I did read it. The view is spectacular. Unfortunately, for me, I do not like warm condos so the no air-conditioning was not comfortable. If you don’t mind your condo in the mid 70s, then this place will suit You just fine. For me, I will only book with AC. That is the reason I don’t give it Five stars is because I would not recommend it to anyone I know due to the air-conditioning. We were here in May so it wasn’t even that hot outside so can’t even imagine when it gets warmer. Best of you read everything and don’t assume other properties have AC either. Have found other listings that say nothing either way only to find out they don’t have AC either. At least these owners are upfront. Wish I was more thorough.
