Aliza was a fantastic guest! Communication was clear and timely from the start, and she treated the home with great care and respect. Brianna and guest were easy to communicate with. They left the house extremely clean and tidy. We would welcome Brianna back any time.

John did not communicate in VRBO app when told that a door was left unlocked that left him access to owners personal items. And a request was made as to a good time to come by and lock the door so as to not disturb his stay. Owner did not go to house after inquiring when would be a good time to come by since John did not response to any communication. After John checked out, owner found that John or his guest had painted something on the garage floor leaving paint on the concrete in the garage. There was also paint on the kitchen table. He also accessed the private area after being informed that the area was not part of the rental and he moved furniture from this area into the house. He failed to communicate and did not follow house rules including check out instructions posted in the app as well as in the house.
