Gulf/Beach front 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on Indian Shores. Fully outfitted kitchen, comfy living room with wide sliding glass doors with direct Gulf/Beach views. Private balcony and FREE WiFi along with all the bed and bath linens ready for your beach vacation. Laundry available on 1st floor. Heated pool beach side. Gas grill available. Watch the sunset while you cook the catch of the day!

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Great location, minor tweaks needed

Balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. Clean property as well. Some things that could be addressed are having to rent beach towels and chairs. Being on the beachfront it would be nice if these were provided instead of having to rent them. The elevator being broken was a minor inconvenience for our stay as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The mattress needs to be replaced. It is very soft and lumpy and creaks. All the outlets in this place need to be replaced. You can not plug anything in without it falling out. If someone is in the bathroom i couldn't blow dry my hair in the bedroom. The only outlet that the hairdryer plug would stay in was the kitchen!!! I couldn't work at the dining room table and plug my laptop in, the plug would not stay in.Also, the place comes with NOTHING. Like no salt/pepper etc.. Out of all the rentals i have ever rented there was always a cabinet that had bare necessities. This place had nothing. It doesn't even have a ice maker. So make sure you buy ice.It also has NO beachtowels and then they try to rent them to you. So make sure if you rent this place you bring your own along with any beach items (chairs etc).The balcony has a partial view as there is a big palm tree smack in the middle.

Condo #205 was as listed very clean, cable tv, excellent wifi all through spectrum, well stocked kitchen, king size bed 1 min walk to beach excellent direct view of beach and gulf, Would highly recommend
