This unique property is perfect for guests looking for a peaceful retreat and water access.

Living areas are on the 2nd floor along with a deck overlooking the canal and mangroves. There is a one-car garage underneath and a short path to the water/dock area.

The one bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a 2-person dining table. The spacious kitchen with tons of counter space has basic kitchenware available, a fridge, and bar counter. No dishwasher.

There will be access to the one-car garage with a washer dryer nook for any laundry needs.

We offer one set of towels and linens, a hairdryer, and basic kitchenware, but guests are encouraged to bring anything else that they may require during their stay.

No pets allowed, absolutely no smoking, and there is a two person maximum at this rental.
