Welcome to our peaceful one-of-a-kind retreat perched above Point No Point in Hansville, just minutes from the Kingston ferry. Over an acre of lush, gated lawns, spacious covered decks, breathtaking Puget Sound views and an epic new firepit! Open kitchen, great room, dining area and a cozy wood stove, all set in the original 1912 schoolhouse. Fun kids room with original chalkboards, sleeping loft with workspace & luxurious primary suite. Walking distance to the best beach with miles of trails!
