Thank you for your review. We are always thorough to handle any issues addressed. We regret that we did not have the opportunity to do so. As mentioned, the guests that checked out the same day as your check in had a kids party and we would have gladly had the property manager handle it, but you declined. The garage parking is always available. This could have been a discussion as we tried to, however not being understanding is a choice. The washing machine was working and there are additional washers & dryers on the property. We are just a message away from solutions, and hope to be able to resolve any concerns of our guests in the future.

Although we have about a month left of and sign of HOT days, We have also added air conditioners to make sure there is additional cooling. The bathroom window does lock, a quick message would have explained that. I do wish that these were brought up during your stay so it could be resolved. It is one property with the MAIN door having a deadbolt lock. There is NO WAY for anyone to access the property with a coded entry. It is the largest of 2 units and located upstairs. While only being 5 minutes from Newark Penn Station, we’re not sure what location you needed. We are always updating and improving the Industrial Suite, we appreciate your feedback.
