Luxury beachside villa, with two bedrooms and uninterrupted sea view

Villa Oceanis has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Master bedroom with king-sized bed and one with two single beds.
The master bedroom is equipped with large built-in closet, and bedside tables. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Our villa has the capacity to accommodate up to 5 persons making it the perfect place for families, couples or groups of friends.
The villa has a spacious living room with two comfortable, made to order, folding sofas which can open up into single beds. You are provided with a TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi stereo. We also provide DVDs and a selection of books for you.
You can enjoy your favorite television program lying on the sofa, read your favorite book or listen to some soft music while relaxing with a glass of wine.
Villa Oceanis has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, granite sinks, fridge, cutting boards and cooking utensils.
The view from the two large terraces is magnificent and our terraces are equipped with chairs, sun-beds and a large table suitable for a family or multiple guests.
Adjacent to the side terrace is a newly built, large BBQ fully stocked with coal and wood, ready to use.

Charming house with astonishing 180 view at Alonissos

Nice house with an aweson view and terrasse on the sera, very quiet, with endemic plants. Few steps from the sea. Owners are local from Alonissos and have built the house. Very good address for a stay for 4 to 6 people at Alonissos.

Very friendly and helpful owners, the appartment was clean, sea was just 3 minutes away, calm neighbourhood, breathtaking views and beach Agios Dimitros (number one beach at Alonissos) is 5 minutes away by car.

We had such a great time on Alonissos and we loved to stay in the Villa Oceanis. What an incredibly beautiful, peaceful, lovely hideaway , even much more than the pictures show! We found that there is a vey special, relaxed atmosphere at this house and the beautiful, natural, quiet surroundings. Waking up with the Seaview and sitting on the spacious terrace watching the sea is just perfect!! The owner-family was very, very nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much Stomatis for your help and the great hospitality! If we will ever come to Alonissos again we would definitely stay in the Villa Oceanis again !! Britta&Tim

the house is very spacious and in a beautiful location ( we were 5 ) In the porch you can have a dinner with the sea and falling stars. Angelos is always available for any eventuality. Then there is Aloniossos with its beaches. I recommend the tour of Peristera Hope to come another time!

Ruhiger, entspannter Strandurlaub

Die hübsche, kleine Villa liegt ruhig mit herrlichem Panoramablick aufs Meer. Kleiner Kiesstrand etwa 2 Min. zu Fuß. Villa ist freistehend, kein "Reihenhaus" wie in der Anzeige in Klammern angedeutet. Auto oder ähnliches absolut zu empfehlen. Landschaft ringsrum schön mit erstaunlich viel Wald. Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles im Haus hat gut funktioniert, Villa liegt im nördlichen, ruhigen Teil der Insel. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Great villa, perfect location

This villa is everything that is described and more. The lovely owners could not have been more helpful, meeting us off a late ferry and collecting our hire car. The villa is very clean and comfortable and the quiet location was perfect for us. The colourful garden on one side and the olive grove on the other were a delight and the view from the verandah is a 180 degree sea view. The nearby pebbly beach was good for snorkelling and we had it to ourselves! We particularly liked the beach and taverna at Agios Dimitrios which is a mile away. Will definitely return.

Super holiday villa

In a stunning location, a short walk to the seashore for a morning swim. Happy to spend time at the villa relaxing on comfortable terrace furniture with a wonderful view. Mr and Mrs Argyriou were very welcoming. A great holiday and we hope to return.

Peacefull place beautiful view

The house is very quiet, with a big garden and in front only the beach, with a beautiful moon-set! The small beach down the house has small pebbles very clear water, 2 min by foot! The house is not hot at all even in August, as very close to the see Angelos and his family are very friendly and welcoming, thanks for the advices and the mid week cleaning!

Villa Oceanis è una struttura bellissima, esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione, anzi forse dal vivo ancora meglio! È una casa molto accogliente, curata e pulitissima, con tutti i comfort e soprattutto la meravigliosa terrazza proprio davanti al mare. Angelos e i suoi genitori sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili in ogni momento, facendoci davvero sentire a casa! La nostra esperienza è stata splendida e consigliamo a tutti villa Oceanis per un fantastico relax nella bellissima isola di Alonissos!

Excellent séjour tant au niveau de l'île que nous découvrions que de l'emplacement de la location

La location se situe au dessus de ce que nous espérions .Sa situation est selon nous le plus bel endroit de l'île .La maison est très agréable à vivre pour 4 personnes.Malgré un soucis médical rencontré et qui rien à voir avec la location ,notre séjour à été excellent .Nous avons énormément apprécié la tranquillité du lieu .Le propriétaire ainsi que son frère son père et toute sa famille sont d'une gentillesse incomparable tout en étant discret . Bref que du bonheur .Nous y retournons l'année prochaine.

Villa Oceanis è una bellissima struttura lontana da tutto, con ampia terrazza da cui si vede il mare. La casa è molto confortevole e pulita, letti molto comodi e tutti i comfort. Angelos e i suoi genitori sono splendidi padroni di casa, estremamente disponibili e accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire in ogni momento a nostro agio e coccolati fin dall'arrivo. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben auf Alonissos ein sehr schönes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten vorgefunden. Die Vermieter samt der ganzen Familie sind sehr nette uns hilfsbereite Leute und haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert.So ist regelmäßig jemand zum reinigen der Räume vorbei gekommen, aber auch andere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Insel ist sowieso für jeden der Erholung sucht und die Natur liebt ein Traum. Alles insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

a wonderful vacation

Thanks for a wonderful vacation . We have encountered a well-furnished house and very nice landlord . (Including a really nice family ) . Two weeks vacation with you we enjoyed . The garden is lovingly decorated. The island Alonnisos is also a dream . However, we have had a few small problems with the descriptions of the trails on Alonnisos . The markings are not as easily seen . And well on the difficulty of the hikes in the descriptions can argue . But as experienced hikers we finally found everything . In addition, living on the island very nice people who are always glad to help us.

Villa favolosa

Vacanza favolosa! Il posto è stupendo e Villa Oceanis è veramente un posto incantevole con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La villa è a soli 50 mt dal mare e vicino alle spiagge dell'isola e a soli 10 minuti dal paesino di Steni Vala dove è possibile acquistare tutto l'occorrente dal locale minimarket. I proprietari di casa sono persone squisite e il sig. Stamatis è stato disponibilissimo con noi rendendoci la vacanza ancor più piacevole. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Wonderful villa!

We had a wonderful vacation in Alonissos! We stayed in Villa Oceanis for 18 nights. The villa is perfect for a family with two children looking for privacy and a great sea view! The villa is perfectly maintained, clean and coizy. The owner Mr Stamatis was very polite and made everything possible to ensure that we do not miss anything. The yard is big, very well arranged with a lot of flowers and a BBQ right to the house. There is also a big area suitable for parking. In the villa there is a big living room with fully equiped kitchen and two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The villa has a big covered veranda from where you can enjoy the breath taking seaview!

A great property at a great price!!

Lovely family owned property in Alonissos. This was our 3rd visit to this beautiful island and Oceanis has definitely been the best accommodation we have had so far. Stunning views, great location! We felt really welcome and relaxed and the owner even took my husband for an amazing fishing trip on boat while i relaxed on the beach! Upon return he had THE biggest smile on his face Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Alonissos. Our home away from home! Thank you!!

Wonderful House!

We had a wonderful stay here in the house. It was our honeymoon, and the perfect location to unwind. Close enough to Steni Vala port for morning coffee, a meal in the evening or getting food and wine, but far enough away to escape everything and everyone! We absolutely loved it! vacanza bellissima

vacanza splendida in una casa accogliente e molto funzionale.La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le spiagge e ogni altro luogo di interesse. La famiglia Argyriou è molto simpatica ed estremamente disponibile,in particolare il capo famiglia Stamatis che ha fatto di tutto per renderci ancora più gradevole la permanenza. Persone e luoghi che vale la pena di conoscere sicuramente!
