We love this safe, quiet gated community. The grounds and pool area are immaculate and it has a warm friendly atmosphere. It is in an ideal location within walking distance to almost every amenity you could ask for as well as quick access to a number of great beaches and the many local arts and theater attractions.

The view is one of the best at Serenata! This property offers a quiet top floor picture-perfect lakeside view, beautiful dark hardwood and stunning large tile flooring, solid wood furniture, and a new modern kitchen that give the unit a 'home-away-from-home' feel. We enjoy the mornings with a fresh coffee on the lanai or relaxing at what we see as one of the best pool areas in all of Sarasota. This unit has it all...and with the comforts of home!
