Brittany’s place was perfect for a 4 day stay for my family. The description is accurate and the pictures represent the place well. It is very close to Grand Avenue with a ton of food options. Evening walks on Summit were wonderful! It would be hard to find a place on Summit for a lower price!

Cute vintage home amongst giants! Loved the neighborhood—one block off Grand and all its fun eating places. Comfy beds and pillows. We really only used it as a place to crash and it was perfect for our needs. Easy parking and quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic location. We enjoyed walking around the gorgeous neighborhood and to dinner. There is a mansion you can tour just down the way and we enjoyed that as well. The place was very clean, well stocked and the hosts were very responsive and communicative. We would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We came to the city for the weekend and this little house was the perfect home base. We slept well on the comfortable beds, the strength noises were very minimal if not quiet, the house had everything we needed! It was so clean too. Loved the cute little pink bathroom! We really enjoyed being so close to Grand Ave restaurants and shops! And we loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood. There was so much to do!

Giving top rating because of excellent location, and outstanding host who was very responsive and accommodating. House was clean, and had what we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Street parking worked great for us, but there is parking available behind the house as well. A couple items that are as-described but I'll note: Only 1 bathroom upstairs for the 3 bedrooms, no dishwasher. All houses in this area are older, so original wooden floors can be squeaky in spots.
