Perfect vacation house!!

Great location and an awesome place to relax and unwind. We loved the pool, hot tub, the outdoor patio/bar, hammocks and sandbox! 100% worth it. Awesome hosts!

Best house that we've stayed in so far in PCB.My 4 young adult children, my husband and myself loved this house. Very spacious, very clean, even outside and on the patio. This house had everything we needed and it was close to the beach. We will definitely book here again.

This place is beyond nice. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Beach right down the street and not crowded at all. Public access 49 and 50. You will find everything you need at this rental.

The house was clean inside, but the backyard had trash and broken ceramic yard ornaments. The gazebo was torn to shreds. The pool liner was torn so it wouldn't hold water. The owner admittedly knew there was a problem with the pool before we got there, but failed to mention it until I asked about it. We could not swim the entirety of our trip (the owner gave a 250 refund because of that). The grill was dirty and had no propane. Other than that the space inside was nice and clean.

We did not know that there was a tear in the pool liner. We knew that it seemed to be needing to be filled with water more frequently, but had no idea there was a tear, otherwise we would’ve notified the guest ahead of time. If it had been brought to our attention there was no propane, we gladly would have provided that. The gazebo top was damaged in a storm, but has since been replaced, and the pool liner has been completely replaced.
