Very clean, seems like it was newly remodeled. Good water pressure on the shower. The building was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe to walk alone at night. Host Sonia was quick to respond to any questions. 6 mins walk to airport bus stop and had convenient access to all my Seoul destinations. It was perfect for the solo trip.
