OUTDOOR SPACES: Guests have access to the entire backyard for great daytime and evening relaxation and fun. Here is a Japanese style fountain, an outdoor dining table for 8.

LIVING ROOM: comes with 55' flat screen 4K Roku TV to watch all your favorite shows.

KITCHEN: includes a full size refrigerator, full stove e, microwave, sink, dishwasher, cups, mugs, plates, utensils, cutting board, etc. There are also hot water kettle, toaster and coffee machine available for guest to use.

BATHROOM: Toiletries, hairdryer, shampoo and body wash are provided.

BEDROOMS: We have 4 bedrooms, one king size beds and three queen size bed. High quality steady Harwood floor beds, QUALITY mattress (Beautyrest silver with pillow top or similar), VERY GOOD QUALITY bed linen (Kirkland signature Pima cotton 680 Cotton).

LAUNDRY ROOM: Includes new quality washer and dryer, laundry detergents also provided.

PARKING: Free driveway parking for 3 regular SUV. (Not suitable for huge commercial truck)

High Sped WIFI (we have both AT&T Fiber 1000 and Xfinity 600 at this property to guarantee your seamless connecting to internet at any time.

AC: We use central AC for front unit and Split Daikin AC for back unit.
