Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire house and the two-ca garage, including storage cabinets and an additional refrigerator. A shared access to the community pool, spa, and fitness facilities. Guest parking is available, and late-night gate access is provided. Gate and property access details are provided privately to confirmed guests.



The Neighborhood:

Kierland Greens is a gated golf-course community in Scottsdale's 85254 area. The house is approximately a 5-minute walk from Kierland Commons and approximately a 3-minute walk from Safeway across the street, subject to verification through the pedestrian gates. The property is also close to Scottsdale Quarter, with convenient access to shopping, dining, golf, and entertainment. TPC Scottsdale and additional North Scottsdale attractions are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is useful for exploring greater Scottsdale and Phoenix, with Loop 101 nearby. Rideshare service is widely available. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and Safeway are nearby; exact pedestrian routes and walking times are not advertised until the routes through the community gates are verified.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. No smoking, parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–7:00 AM.



Dogs up to 40 pounds per dog may be considered. Approval, permitted dog count, fees and unattended-pet restrictions must be confirmed before booking. Service animals are handled according to applicable law.



Security cameras are located at the community entrance and exit areas. A Ring doorbell camera is installed outside at the property's entrance. Camera coverage and audio/video recording details will be stated in each channel's designated disclosure section once verified. There are no cameras advertised inside the condo.



Pool heating, pool and fitness-center hours, closures and access conditions can vary; please confirm current details before booking. Garage clearance has not been published.



Early check-in at 2:00 PM or late check-out at 12:00 PM may be available for a $50 fee, subject to advance approval.



For longer stays, please confirm replenishment, utility and other extended-stay terms before booking.
