Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of New York City! This beautifully appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is located on lovely Park Ave.
The apartment features beautiful hardwood floors, modern kitchen with city views and a spacious living room. Enjoy an abundance of natural light pouring in through both the east and west.. creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day, while the amazing city views makes cooking a delight. The bedroom is cozy with a luxury mattress and bedding for restful nights.
Step outside and explore the diverse dining options, trendy shops, and cultural attractions that make the east side so desirable. With easy access to public transportation, commuting anywhere in the city is a breeze.
Please Note: This is a private residence. I live here part-time, so some of my personal belongings are stored in the home. Guests will have full access to all shared spaces and designated guest storage areas. I kindly ask that you treat the space with care and respect.
