The home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens), 2.5 baths, and an additional 6 queen beds.

Lots of room, very nice decor, and beds were very comfortable. Very convenient location to Perdue. There is some traffic noise since fairly close to interstate and on a somewhat busy county road, but not a real issue. The pool was great, lots of pool floats. etc, and the electric cover was extremely easy to operate. The host quickly responded to any questions we had.

This property is amazing. We had a great time. So much space. 20 people can stay here and not be on top of one another. The outdoor spaces are amazing as well. The pool was a perfect temp and very clean. We used the grill and outdoor dining areas also. The kitchen was very well furnished. The fridge and freezer are very large to accommodate large groups. Additional drink fridge in kitchen and garage fridge were nice to have but not needed for our group. The host was very accommodating and quick to reply with questions. We will definitely use this property again for our large family gatherings.

Property was easy to get to and a good location. The size was perfect for our group with plenty of room. We visited in May and the outside had not been cleaned up after winter. Although the weather was nice we weren’t able to use the outdoor space as we would have liked even after doing some cleaning up of our own. Also Christmas decorations were still up inside. Not a big deal but was a little odd.

We stayed here for Purdue Moms Weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The house had so much space for everyone to relax and hang out, and it was beautifully decorated—so cozy and inviting. The house is absolutely beautiful and has an amazing pool and in a great location. Internet connection was not so great and would turn on and off occasionally. A couple of the kitchen cookware, dishes and utensils were not clean. The house had most everything we needed. We had a great time sitting out on the beautiful backyard enjoying the quiet and stunning scenery. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next year!

Great Basketball Weekend

Drive up appeal hides just how nice this property is on the inside. The property is perfect for a long weekend stay. Most of the appliances and decor is new and thoughtfully done. We visited during winter so didn't get to enjoy the pool. The patio is nice and well appointed (grill, seating, lighting, etc.). We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay here again when visiting our student at Purdue.
