Why hide hotel name?

We struggled with where/how to find hotel because of traveling and internet disconnectivity, nowhere did it say it was a La Quinta. No address in confirmation emails Kinda stressful after long day of travel. Why?!Why is hotel name a secret? Hot tub/pool quiet hours were not enforced...loud past 11 pmOtherwise, stay was good...
