★ MAIN LEVEL ★

As you enter into the front door, you will see a living room with a stunning stone fireplace, beautiful sky lights, a large chandelier and comfortable seating. We have a custom map of Lake Norman and our property on the wall. Leather sectional with a 65 inch 4k Roku TV. There is a formal dining area with seating for 10.

The kitchen is attached to the formal dining and is fully stocked with full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher & many smaller appliances such as Keurig coffee machine, Ninja blender, George Foreman Grill, toaster and many more. There are pots, pans, baking sheets and enough dinnerware for 16 guests. There's a wine cooler as well as wine glasses and wine bottle opener. Home also has all children needs such as a full-high chair, children-ware & pack-n-play.

As you wrap around the kitchen you will find an informal dining area with seating for 6 people and another living room with leather sectional, 55 inch 4k Roku TV, X-box 360 & Blu-ray player. There is a half-bath on main floor with a full-size washer & dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There is an ironing board and iron available.

Off the second living room is the entrance to an incredible game room that has been completely remodeled and includes an 8 foot pool table, Joola ping pong table, Air hockey table, shuffleboard, skeeball, dual basketball shooting & another 65 inch 4k Roku TV. There is also 2 Arcades with 26 Arcade games including Mortal Kombat, Ms. Pac-man & Galaga


★ UPSTAIRS ★

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bathroom is located at the top of the stairs and has a tub/shower combo.

The primary bedroom has a beautiful view over Lake Norman. It is has a very comfortable King-size bed, 4k Roku TV & Blu-ray player. There is a private large bathroom that has a Jacuzzi-tub with a sky light above the tub. There is a large walk-in closet w/ separate toilet room and stunning stand-up shower.

The second bedroom upstairs has a very comfortable Dyonery 14 Inch King Mattress, 4k Roku TV, closet and beautiful view over Lake Norman.

The third bedroom upstairs is cozy with a 14 inch Superior Hybrid Queen Mattress, closet, and another beautiful view over Lake Norman.

★ DOWNSTAIRS ★

Downstairs has 3 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom. It also includes a mixed-use room with a treadmill looking over Lake Norman, a nice size desk & chair and even a piano!

The largest bedroom downstairs is our incredible kids room. There is a custom made bunk bed with 2 14 inch comfortable Queen mattresses at the bottom and 2 twin mattresses on the top. There is a large 5 foot slide coming down off the top bed. There is another 4k Roku TV in the bedroom and even a fun "party area" behind the slide for the kids.

There are 2 smaller bedrooms with queen mattresses located downstairs. There's also a smaller bathroom with a stand-up shower for the downstairs guests to use.

★ OUTSIDE TOUR ★

As you drive up to the property, you will notice many of the outside games located in the front yard. The property is very large and includes the right side of the driveway. There is parking for 6 vehicles comfortably. The pickleball/basketball court is located at the end of the driveway. To the right are the putt putt, fire pit, trampoline, outdoor bowling & mega chess set. The playground is right in the front yard.

As you walk off the main level there is a large deck which includes an outdoor kitchen table with umbrella. There is also a gas grill w/ grilling supplies and propane grill supplies. There is a 6 person brand-new hot tub located on the deck where you can relax looking over Lake Norman and the pool.
The backyard is completely fenced in and is very pet friendly. The salt-water pool has very safe fencing around it to keep pets and kids off. The pool has a large concrete epoxy decking with a brand new pool slide and several games for the pool. Pool is open May 1 - October 31st. It is covered when not in use. Hot Tub is open all year round.

At the end of the backyard is the dock that was recently renovated and dredged. It's deep water and can handle almost all types of boats. There is a fish feeder & rod holders to help keep the fish happy. Fish feeder runs in the summer time every 2 hours typically and will help make fishing funner. We have very affordable boat rental options for all guests where a boat and/or wave runner is delivered to the dock the night before you need it and picked up from our dock. 2 Pets allowed with $250 pet fee.
