Welcome! Get a great night’s sleep in our clean, and comfortable guest house with additional sofa sleeper (Full). Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ provided for entertainment on the Smart TV. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room are stocked with added appliances and amenities to make your stay more comfortable. If you need anything, just ask. We provide a private entrance accessible via stairs, and key code access. Dedicated parking. A Ring Doorbell camera is located outside the premises at the exterior door to help aid in Check-In. No pets are permitted.

It is an upstairs unit. Everything is new and comfortable. The owner has absolutely anything you can think of in the house. From kitchen to bed bath and laundry, she has thought of everything. Unit is very quiet and easy for parking.

This is the cutest VRBO! Just the perfect size for me. It’s in a great location, quiet neighborhood. The host thought of everything you would need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable. I liked that there was a washer & dryer. Will definitely book next year on my annual trip to the area.

This little place is so cute and perfect, perfect size for 2 people to stay for a quiet weekend. The temperature in there was perfect nice and cool. The bed is SO comfy and Brooke was a great host, left us a little goodie basket before we got there. She communicated quickly and efficiently. Totally would stay here again, thank you again!

Great deal. Like new inside. Quiet neighbors.

Everything went very smoothly. Electronic code lock so we didn't have to worry about misplacing the key. It looked like a brand new house inside, with beautiful decor, nice new appliances, and a very comfortable bed in the bedroom. I'm not sure about the sofa bed because my teenage daughter slept on it, but she slept well. The big coffee table in the way made it difficult to get the sofa bed set up, but this place is perfect for a couple who just needs the sofa for a sofa and not a second bed. This is so much better than a Super 8 or Comfort In. Brook thought of all the finishing touches such as detergent pods, trash bags, tooth brushes, etc. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Kennewick.

I had an excellent stay here. Brooke was a fantastic host! The apartment is fully stocked with everything you could need and more! It is conveniently located in town, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
