Located in East Tawas, enjoy what this completely renovated 3-bedroom house has to offer. This brilliant property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With amenities like WiFi, in house full size washer and dryer, on demand water heater, a fully privacy fenced backyard, propane grill, fire table, and hammock, guests can relax and unwind. The cozy living room provides a terrific space for lounging. There are games, books and a Nintendo switch with a few games as well for both children and adults. On the patio you'll find plenty of patio furniture as well as outdoor games that are provided for your entertainment. There’s an additional twin rollout (6th bed) if needed as well. We love dogs but only allow 2 and there is a $150 pet fee per stay. Pets must be added when booking. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in East Tawas while just a short distance to Newman St and beautiful Lake Huron.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please strip the slept in beds but leave the bedding on the beds.

Please put used hand, bath and beach towels in the bathtub

Please message host when you leave. If you leave before checkout time our cleaners can get a head start.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking inside the home or near open windows or doors outside. No candles or other open flames aside from fire table/grill. No hair dye!

Indoor and outdoor furniture, including the grill, are not to be moved aside from the chairs. Everything must be put back in its place upon checkout.

Matress and pillow encasements are not to be removed and the internet is not to be unplugged for safety, security and comfort to all guests and home.

The neighborhood is quiet and cute, yet a short walk, drive or bike ride to downtown Newman St and the beach.

What makes this property unique

This property has been completely updated including a new patio and privacy fence. We are dog lovers so we know how important it is to bring the fur babies along for some time away! The patio has ample seating and there is a hammock and yard games for your use as well. Upon request, there are also a high chair, pack and play, child’s slide and picnic table that can be provided :)
