Nice Getaway

We enjoyed the property. View and accommodations were nice. Keep in mind, access to the resort amenities requires an additional fee(that was not clearly stated in the listing).I recommend renting a car unless you plan to remain on the property for the duration of your stay. It is approximately 30 minutes from popular tourist destinations.

Thank you for your review. It is clearly stated on the property description that there are additional fees to use the private members facilities. It is also clearly communicated in the Home Guide which we send out to guests before arrival.

Internet not working first day but resolved next day.TVs in bedrooms not working at all.Netflix did not work at all.Shower curtain fell in one bedroom with each use. Tried to tighten tension rod without success. Then we were charged for it.

It is very sad that, Ted has felt is necessary to post this terrible review of lies after being made aware of the damage he and his guests made to our property. Following his initial positive feedback, this has come as a shock just because $40 was requested towards a replacement curtain pole. Once made aware of any issue, we do our best to resolve it as we did with the internet. Ted did not inform us he could not find Netflix on 1 of the 5 TVs until after his stay. Thankfully, this is also rectified.
